With over 2.000 sq km of exclusive mountainous terrain, finding fresh tracks is never a problem with Purcell Heli-skiing. 10 to 15 minute flights transport winter enthusiasts to an empty and pristine winter landscape, featuring over 250 named runs offering every conceivable type of terrain and exposure such as wide-open glaciers, high alpine bowls, gladed subalpine forest, open cutblocks, and treed descending valleys. Experienced guides hold a professional certification from ACMG/UIAGM, and guarantee a high degree of competence in ski guiding, avalanche forecasting, weather interpretation, emergency response, as well as ski instruction. ITINERARY:
- 08:00: All guests meet at Purcell Heli-Skiing Day Lodge at 438 Lafontaine Road in Golden for 1 hour orientation, safety training, and gear set up
09:00: To heli-pad and prepare for first lift
09:15: Lift-off to first run
09:15 - 15:00: Ski and snowboard! Including a stop for lunch outdoors. Complete package and any extra vertical.
16:00: Return to Purcell Heli-Skiing Day Lodge to collect belongings, enjoy apres-ski snacks, chat with guides, and finish the day. - Same as day 1, except meeting time is 09:00 (instead of 08:00, as no orientation needed)

PACKAGES INCLUDE:
- 1, 2 or 3 days of heli-skiing/boarding
- Guaranteed vertical metres: 1 day - 4.000 m; 2 days - 9.000 m; 3 days - 15.000 m
- Group size of 6 guests, 2 ACMG / UIAGM certified guides and private Bell 205 helicopter for the group
- Powder skis and poles or snowboard rental for 1, 2 or 3 days of skiing. Boots are notincluded.

NOTES:
- (!) Accommodation is not included with 2 and 3 Day packages
- It is imperative that Purcell is informed of any food allergies or dietary restrictions well before the tour
- Extra Vertical: $150 per 1000 metres, payable on site and subject to local taxes. Dependent on good weather, remaining daylight and group consensus
- All participants must be at least 16 years of age by the activity date. Any guest 16-18 years of age must be accompanied on the tour by a parent
- All participants must complete a liability waiver prior to participation in any tour
- Costs related to medical evacuation, if required, are the responsibility of the skier/boarder
SPECIAL PAYMENT POLICY:
- $500 per person per day of skiing to be paid at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the ski date
- Cancellation: Time of booking to 61 days: $500 (1-day skiing), $1000 (2-day skiing), $1500 (3-day skiing) per person. 60 days or less no show: 100% of net package cost
- Deposit and balance payments are non-refundable in the case of guest cancellation except if a guest is denied travel due to COVID-19 related government-ordered travel, border or quarantine rstrictions. In this case, payments can be refunded or transferred to a future trip
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
- If Purcell cancels the day due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or avalanche stability, guests will be refunded 100% in the same manner as originally payment
- If the guaranteed vertical is not reached due to poor weather, mechanical breakdown or avalanche stability, guests will be refunded as follows: Single Day Packages - $300 per 1000 metres not achieved. Multi Day Packages - $150 per 1000 metres not achieved
