Nestled on Vancouver Island's northern bounds, Telegraph Cove is an intimate haven for whale watchers and conservationists. A former fishing village, today Telegraph Cove plays host to our quintessential whale watching adventure. Cut through Johnstone Strait's currents and navigate the Broughton archipelago in search of Orcas and humpback whales and listen to our marine mammal experts bring the animals' stories to life from the comfort of your cruiser.

Enjoy the scenic views along the wild coastline of Clayoquot Sound aboard a large cruiser vessel on our way to common feeding areas of Grey Whales, Humpback Whales and Orcas. Learn about the area's fascinating ecosystems with our engaging naturalists while experiencing first-hand the inherent characteristics of whales including spouting, feeding, spy-hopping and breaching! The large cruiser vessel offers indoor and outdoor seating areas, toilets and complimentary hot beverages. 4. Vancouver - Capilano Suspension Bridge | Totem Peaks, Western Explorer
Breathtakingly suspended 70 m above and 137 m across Capilano River, Capilano Suspension Bridge takes you to towering evergreens, serene trails and the award winning attraction, Treetops Adventure. Seven suspension bridges, some reaching as high as 30 m, take you high above the forest floor for a thrilling encounter within the heart of the forest. The Cliffwalk is a heart-stopping 21 5 m long walkway taking guests along the granite cliffside of Capilano Canyon on a series of bridge, platforms and stairways cantilevered up to 30 storeys above Capilano River. Guided eco-walks, a First Nations cultural experience and voices from the past at the Story Centre mingle with the sounds of live seasonal musical entertainment. 5. Victoria, 3-hour | Western Spirit, West Coast Island Discovery

This coastal excursion is an exhilarating round trip of 50 to 80 kilometres in search of orcas, minke whales, grey whales, porpoises, harbour seals and other marine wildlife. You will ride aboard a Zodiac with commentary by a certified marine biologist and naturalist. Full length cruiser suits are provided on the Zodiac boat.

6. Victoria, 3-hour | Totem Peaks, West Coast Island Discovery, Western Wonders

This coastal excursion is an exhilarating round trip of 50 to 80 kilometres in search of orcas, minke whales, grey whales, porpoises, harbour seals and other marine wildlife. You will ride aboard a regular covered boat with commentary by a certified marine biologist and naturalist.

8. Whistler, 3-hour | Western Spirit
Whistler Bear Viewing Tour
Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains support a population of up to 50 Black bears that have adapted to feeding, mating, and hibernating amongst ski area habitats. In this area are also other wildlife such as Coastal Mountain black-tailed deer, coyote, ruffed grouse, red-tailed hawks, barred and great horned owls, and western hoary marmots. Riding in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle, you are lead through a maze of ski area roads that traverse the area’s diverse forests, meadows, and stream environments. Take short walks to bear feeding sites, daybeds, rub trees, and old growth trees where bears have hibernated during the winter.

Paddling in the River of Golden Dreams
Escape to the peaceful surroundings of Whistler’s wetlands on this guided canoe trip. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery forming anew around every bend. Take the opportunity to observe wild birds and other wildlife. Hop in a canoe, kayak or double kayak and get ready to explore Whistler’s famous River of Golden Dreams. Enjoyed by paddlers of all ages and abili ties there are epic views around every bend, the River of Golden Dreams features lush, old growth forest and wildflower-lined banks, as well as stunning snow-capped mountain vistas. Our guides give you paddling tips while sharing their knowledge of Whistler’s fascinating history, geography and wildlife. This is a flat water river, no rapids.
